A PERSONAL BEGINNING
I’m Maria, a Mexican-British mother living in Aotearoa, New Zealand. Naturalise Health brings together my interest in plants, family wellbeing and the traditions that connect me to Mexico.
My background is in accounting. I am working towards formal study in naturopathy because I want to understand the science behind the natural approaches that have interested me for so long.
“I experiment with my own formulations but use them only for myself until I gain the knowledge to develop them responsibly.”
